Nursery furniture
Do you need bedroom furniture to give your teen a place to store their makeup, play games, or have a bit of solitude? I know how you feel because mine did too. It was so boring in the living room, where there was a TV and not much else. It was even worse in the bedroom with only a mirror, a few make-up utensils and a book.
I was frustrated with this situation so I started buying a makeover for my teenage bedroom. My daughter loves arts and crafts and she was looking for something to do while playing on the computer. So what better place than in the bathroom? And since the kids use the sink to brush their teeth, I thought the mirror in their bedroom would be perfect.
Of course, there were a few things I needed to check before starting the project for our teenage bedroom. First of all, where were my children at the time? Would I be able to accommodate all of this? Would we have enough counter space to hold all the things that need to be kept there?
Would you also like to know whether the small room was big enough for this? I considered painting the walls pink, but then my daughter found a game for the Harry Potter character. The bedroom is for her dolls too, and once I had to find a new place for the Barbie doll when she was sitting on the dresser over the curtains and the first one was missing. Sometimes kids aren’t the easiest to buy.
After considering all of these things, I decided it was time to get some furniture. I remember thinking, “It’s not just a closet, now we have a whole room for it!” I ordered one of my favorite pieces from Remodelista.com, “The Ben Franklin Dresser”.
This dresser makes the girl’s room perfect. It can stow everything under the sun and has shelves that pull out for extra necessities like flashlights and foot massagers. In addition, the roller doors make it easier to leave the room and do not take up valuable floor space.
Another great piece of furniture is the Bed & Bath Vanity, which can also serve as a chest of drawers. I have more space to store items than any other part. Another great piece for the bed is the Bowers & Wilkins Soundcraft. It has two speakers and two subwoofers so you can listen to your favorite music while reading or playing your music.
I hope you find furniture for your teenage room! I always recommend going online if you want to save money and find a quick search.
